What is FORT, and what are we trying to do??

We are a newly formed group devoted to developing and building a trail network along the rail corridors that connect the villages of Ossipee.  Our hope is to build a legacy for our town, that we can all enjoy now and then pass along to future residents to enjoy as our contribution to everyone.  There are rail trails up all over the country, and we are expecting that we will soon be able to enjoy the same sort of things that people all around the state and country are now utilizing these trails for.

We are just getting organized now, but if you have an interest, please stay in touch with us by using the signup sheet today.  Our hope is to pay for the trail thru grants and other types of funding, so we won’t be looking to you for contributions.

If you have the talents, ideas, and the time to help us get this program off the ground we would love to hear from you.  We promise, we’ll make this fun, and a great way to give back to our community. Just add a comment or two next to your name on the signup sheet.  We will get back to you to hear your ideas and happily discuss the vision for our trail.
